We run your social accounts and produce the content that goes on them: copy, visuals, video.
Most companies publish in bursts: an active week, then three quiet ones, because content gets made whenever someone finds the time. The account stays open but never becomes readable — after six months, nobody could say what the company stands for or what it is good at. The problem is rarely a shortage of ideas. It is the absence of a system that turns an idea into a published post, week after week.
We put that system in place. We define three editorial pillars, each answering a question your customers already ask, then produce and publish against a calendar. For Cathena that came to more than 70 posts in twelve months — carousels, video, articles, infographics — built on three pillars: technology leadership, field expertise, culture and values. You approve, we schedule, and the presence holds without depending on who happens to be free that week.
A document setting out the three editorial pillars, the platforms, the tone and the formats, short enough for your team to read it and argue with it.
The coming month subject by subject: date, platform, format and approval status.
Carousels, visuals, video, infographics and articles, delivered as final files with the source files included.
The hook, the body, the call to action and the hashtags for every post, in French and English when your audiences need both.
Posts scheduled on your accounts, plus the comments and messages that come back.
Reach, impressions, followers gained, which posts worked, and what we change next month.
01
We read your accounts, your competitors' accounts and the questions your customers already ask. Out of that come three editorial pillars and the choice of platforms — for Vivass, a nutrition practice, that was TikTok, where the strategy passed a million views.
02
Each pillar turns into concrete subjects, each with a format and a date. The order matters: without pillars, an ideas session produces volume; with them, it produces a line.
03
The copy is written before the visual, never the other way round. The message decides the format, the number of slides, and what has to land in the first second of a video.
04
You review the whole month in one sitting, with one round of changes. Nothing is published before this step, and nothing goes back into production after it.
05
Posts go out on the planned dates through Meta Business Suite and Metricool, which report reach and impressions. Those numbers decide next month's subjects: step 5 feeds step 1.
