Scope

These terms cover the use of soronua.com. By reading the site you accept them. They do not govern a piece of work: anything commissioned from Soro Nua is covered by a separate contract, which takes precedence over this text.

Intellectual property

The structure of the site, its text, its code and its visual identity belong to Soro Nua. The Soro Nua name, the logo and the graphic system from the 2025 brand guidelines are protected.

The projects shown in the work section were produced for clients. The brands, logos, photographs and content in them remain the property of those clients; they are shown as references, with their agreement.

Any reproduction, adaptation or reuse, in whole or in part, needs our prior written permission. A short quotation with a link back to the original page does not.

Using the site

You may read the site, quote it and share it. You may not:

• extract its content automatically in order to republish it or build a database;
• attempt to reach the admin console or any non-public part of the site;
• use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages;
• interfere with how the site runs or with its availability.

What the published information means

The content on this site is published for information. The figures in the case studies describe results obtained for one client, in one context, at one point in time. They report what happened; they are neither a guarantee nor a promise of a comparable result.

Outbound links

The site may link to third-party sites. We control neither their content nor their practices, and our liability does not extend to them.

We run this site carefully, without guaranteeing that it will be available without interruption or free of error. We may change it, suspend access to it, or remove part of it at any time. Governing law

These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the competent Cameroonian courts have sole jurisdiction.
